Due to the effects of COVID-19, I spent an extended period with my children and observed the substantial impact of video games on them, both positive and negative.
As a result, I made the decision to transition into the video game industry and took significant steps to establish a video game company that revolutionizes the industry by providing family-friendly games that not only entertain but also enhance ethics and add values to players' lives. We strive to be a leading force in developing transformative gaming experiences that inspire creativity, foster critical thinking, and promote positive life lessons for the players.
As the founder and managing director, this involves wearing many hats, balancing strategic planning, creative leadership, and effective business management to steer the video game company toward success.

Utilizing our proprietary software at GENUX Soft, we successfully established Genius Web Tech in GA, USA. Confronting the challenges within the USA competitive market, our significant e-commerce enterprise has successfully attained millions of dollars in gross sales. Our software incorporates intelligent systems designed to optimize product selection for swift sales, while also implementing effective pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge across various marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and others.
By the conclusion of 2019, our gross sales had surpassed $2 million USD. In response to this growth, we strategically planned and executed an expansion initiative, establishing our own warehouse and securing authorization as a seller for major retailers such as Dell and HP.
Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19, particularly since April 2020, our business suffered significantly, compelling us to pivot to a different business area.
Following several successful years in the USA e-commerce market, we established a sister software company in Tampa, FL, to provide support for GENUX Soft in Cairo.
We were working on completing and extending our trading software system, which was under development since 2013, that automates various e-commerce processes. This includes functionalities like connecting to marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, monitoring stock levels, and providing alerts for timely restocking.
But, following the impact of COVID-19 on our e-commerce business, we underwent a major restructuring process that led to the closure of both the sister software company and the e-commerce venture. Subsequently, we redirected our efforts to establish a video game company.
Managing a diverse team of graphic/web designers and programmers. The team located in Cairo, Egypt, while overseeing operations primarily in the USA.
We started early before having the current famous platform such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce...etc
We were developing an e-commerce platform that sells electronics and processes online payments involves a range of responsibilities. Here are some key aspects we have worked on to enhance the website's functionality and performance:

Developing software applications in collaboration with a bioinformatics and biostatistics team involves understanding the specific needs and challenges of these fields. Below are the key steps and considerations for developing a software application in this domain:

- Collaborate closely with the bioinformatics and biostatistics team to understand their specific requirements and challenges.
- Identify the tasks, analyses, or computations that the software needs to support.
2. Define Clear Objectives:
- Clearly define the objectives of the software. What problems will it solve? What tasks will it facilitate for the bioinformatics and biostatistics team?
3. User-Centered Design:
- Design the software with the end-users in mind. Consider the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure that the application is intuitive and user-friendly.
4. Data Integration and Compatibility:
- Understand the types of data that the application will handle. Ensure compatibility with common data formats used in bioinformatics and biostatistics.
- Implement data integration features to allow users to seamlessly import, analyze, and export data.
5. Algorithm Implementation:
- Collaborate with the bioinformatics team to implement relevant algorithms for data analysis and interpretation. This may involve statistical analyses, sequence analysis, or other bioinformatics methods.

- During this period, I was working on development of Diyar schools website Fujairah, UAE.
