• Interaction with patients regarding their insurance coverage in Mafraq Hospital.
• Consulting patients regarding the payment and estimated amount of their treatment in Mafraq.
• Advising the registration team on how to proceed with the patient, if they do not have insurance or their insurance is not covered in the hospital.

• As team leader, my main responsibility is to guide the work-flow of the team and make sure everyone is following the orders as given by the higher management.
• Advising the team members, regarding the coverage of certain patients and how to proceed forward.
• Provided training to the team, regarding the usage of online system, for sending claims to the insurance company.
• Data entry - All claim forms and interactions with the insurance companies are made into the database.
• As the team leader responsibility also includes the verification of these entries by the team based on the guidelines given by the management.
