Monthly, bi-weekly, weekly and daily Services, CIP and other maintenance activities.
Monitoring and adjusting the operation of water system pumps, motors and other equipment.
Keep the logs, record and maintenance of gauges, dials and other instruments.
Investigation of unscheduled breakdowns.
Undertake plant efficiency investigations and reviews to propose changes as appropriate to optimize operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with the company's Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety
Fleet Maintenance Engineer
Duties:
Monitor Daily Driving history for each vehicle.
Coordinate and follow-up on all vehicles services scheduling requirements.
Tracks performance of maintenance such as cost, repair, unscheduled breakdowns etc.
Maintain an up-to-date list and records of all company vehicles.
Prepare budget for manpower, spares and for maintenance major overhauls.
Coordinate maintenance technical resources across garages / facilities.
Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the garage workshops. Promptly correct any unsafe conditions.
Kept supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders and verifying receipt.
Mechanical works for fleet of 40 vehicles (Hyundai Shahzoor) which included
Keeping equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
Maintained vehicle functional condition by listening to driver complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine and other mechanical malfunctions.
The job also included verification of vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
I was also irresponsible for maintaining vehicle records by recording service and repairs. Also kept shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
