Description of the project:
The Client: Tadawul Real Estate Company LLC.

The Engineer (consultant): Nikken Sekkei Ltd (Japan).
The Sub-Consultant: Saudi Diyar Consultants.
Project value: 1.7 Billion SAR.
The Tower consists of 4 Basements, 43 floors and Steel Structure Roof.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the Civil and Architectural project works defined in the scope baseline and implementing approved changes to achieve the project objectives.
• Estimate activity durations and resources.
• Liaising with HR & procurement departments to acquire the required resources on time.
• Aid and oversee other project engineers with their subcontractors and daily responsibilities.
• Developing look ahead schedules aligned with project schedule baseline in order to monitor and control the project work to meet deadlines.
• Taking corrective actions to realign the project performance with the project management plan.
• Executing, Monitoring and Controlling all the Civil and Architectural Works.
• Communicate with MEP team to develop coordination drawings between Civil, Architectural and MEP works.
• Provide on-site management and coordination to insure that project scope is in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Resolve any unexpected technical issues that may arise and act as the main technical advisor for subcontractors.
• Review monthly billings and manpower projections for subcontractors.
• Ensure following safety and quality standards of the project.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports.

Description of the project:
The Client: Saudi Aramco.
The Contractor: Snamprogetti, SAIPEM (Italy).
The Sub-Contractor: CCE (Saudi Arabia).
Project value: 200 Million SAR.
Our Scope of work is to construct 34 Buildings as new processing facilities buildings to increase the capacity of the plant from 1.2 to 1.5 million barrels/day and make it one of the largest in the world.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinates construction requirements and activities throughout the project life cycle including,
design, procurement and construction.
• Review approved drawing, materials submitted to ensure work implemented at site comply with
project specification and contract drawings (IFC).
• Ensures that sub-contractors adhere to the standards and specifications in safety, work, and
environmental policies / procedures.
• Monitor and report progress of work to the client´s engineering team and internally
against the baseline schedule, and Manages all full-time supervisors as well as any needed contracted.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities to Site Engineers and foremen.
• Coordination between Fit out subcontractors and MEP team, to identify open fronts and
ensure health and safety are implanted properly on site.
• Executing, Monitoring and Controlling all the Civil and Architectural Works.
• Coordination with design team to sort out site issues by preparing sketch and proposal drawing,
RFI for any modification required.
• Planning, coordination, controlling pre- commissioning and final hand over of the project and
ensure that all snag items and customer comments with the facility management are completed and
handed over and delivered the product to the end user.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Client (Saudi Aramco), Contractor (SAIPEM), other Sub-Contractors and stakeholders to solve and coordinate any problem.
• Ensure following safety and quality Aramco standards.
• Preparing weekly reports.

The project site is located in the Riyadh region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The
project is comprised of 4 basement levels, G+10+roof floors of car parking, G+3
MEP building and a G+36 story grade A office tower, The tower is comprised of
four core structures at each corner of the central glazed tower.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Site management and handling of the work as per approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Arrangement of Resources (materials, manpower and equipment) on time in coordination with procurement department, and assigning and distributing them efficiently.
• Supervising, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling of Civil and Architectural Works including in house, and subcontractors.
• Preparing and monitoring look ahead schedules to meet agreed deadlines.
• Assist site engineers and superintendents with site activity management, including site logistics, sequencing and coordination, inspection scheduling and QA/QC programs.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders on preparation of all project submittals and drawings.
• Adhere to the best practices, Standards and Procedures of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Day- to -Day management of the site including supervision and monitoring the site labors and the work of subcontractors.
• Planning and managing the work with available resources in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Supervising the Execution of Civil and Finishing works within time, cost and quality requirements.
• Quantity surveying for all materials needed.
• Ordering material and equipment as needed and approved by the Site Construction Manager.
• Coordinating the purchasing and delivery of required material with Procurement department.
