- Alfresco Hotel Project: 3 story Hotel Building: Architect, Civil, and Structural (ACS) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Project duration: 7 months.
Responsibilities:
- - Planning for the work activities, managing, supervising, monitoring labors, materials at site and ensuring the project activities are performed according to the drawing, and time plans.
- Strict control of quality of the project activities according to the drawing specifications.
- Inspection of all works with the project consultants
- Responsible for day to day site work and prepare, sign and submit the site daily report.
- Prepare and submit the weekly progress report to all project parties.
- Report any non-conform work.
- Contact the project manager for clarification in design, architectural or structural drawing.
- Attending the site meeting.
- Update the project drawing and submit request for information (RFI).
- Update the project schedule by using Microsoft project management.
- Ensuring the site safety performance and safety working environment.
- Tracking and avoiding the site risks.
- Overall site management. (Labors, materials, equipment).
- Overseeing building works.
