• Meet the organizations needs to incorporate and implement modernized, latest technology and trends with proof of concept, feasibility study and implementation roadmap with priorities.
• Interact with departments, stakeholder and other entities key players during requirement gathering and implementation phase.
• Supervise the technical team during the planning and implementation process to align the business and technical needs.
• Constantly interact with the project team to ensure the project is delivered in a timely manner.
• Lead change requests, business process re-engineering and new requirements, especially for integration, enhancement in process and automation of manual procedures.

• Develop strategy and plans to ensure team achieves the desired goals.
• Lead implementations and support in creating new products, services and technological solutions.
