• Set up dedicated Bancassurance call centre
• services to Group life and depositor’s insurance corporate clients across the country.
• Ensuring that proper/correct and timely services are given to corporate clients through direct efforts
• Developing and maintaining high quality, external administrative relationship with company’s all branches across the country.
• Providing system specifications for new systems and soft wares, customizing available systems and modifying implemented system to ensure correct and timely services to customers in changing business environments, products and procedures.
• Ensuring identifications and implementations of correct and effective procedures and controls within the department.
• Is empowered to sign all regular Group policies and contracts as Authorized Official of the Company
• Underwriting of all cases for Group Life Business/Schemes.
• Develop Group Health System to cater all present and future business requirements.
• Formation and Implementation of Group Health Guidelines and Policies,
• Designing of Work Flows, Group Health Underwriting Procedures, forms & Questionnaires & Policy Documents.
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with Preferred Provider Network (Hospitals).
• Maintain 24 hours hot line.
• Training of Marketing Executives and formation of Training Manual/Modules on Field Underwriting.
• Underwriting of Proposals for Group Health Business.
