As an Accountant in Bari Mills my job was to receive bills from the parties i.e. the parties from which the entity heirs services, purchase materials, etc. As I receive bills I record it in the appropriate registers, then I check and verified it through inward registers other documents. At last I forward them for payments.
I was responsible to maintain “Outstanding Bills Statement” in which the bills are adequately maintained individually Head wise, Vendor wise, aged flow of bills should be reflected.
I was also maintaining Creditors Ledger in that way that individual balances are adequately maintained.
My job was also to update the Sales Tax Ledger, and deals in refunds of Sales Tax.
I had also been involved in the process of Cost Evaluation and Cost Accounting of Orders from the very initial stage to the final shipment.
