Adnan Hafiz

I am responsible for managing all major marketing campaigns, encompassing digital and offline branding and marketing.

Managing a team of twelve, I have successfully delivered various campaigns that have included creative development, cutting edge digital marketing as well as outdoor billboard, national press advertising and outdoor events.

These campaigns have helped raise the profile of Islamic Relief, which has been instrumental in meeting company objectives..

In this role I developed a Digital department, defined strategic direction and provided leadership in all aspects of digital communications.

I managed departmental staff, budgets and projects and well as digital marketing (search and display) and all online communications, including website articles, email, and social media.

As well as delivering phenomenal results in bringing a 500% increase in web traffic and tripling online donations, I have contributed towards the transformation and modernisation of the organisation from its traditional community and mosque based roots.

In this role I managed a diverse range of projects from the national head office, based in London. I managed different teams and budgets of varying sizes on short term projects, such as head office relocation as well as long term projects, such as developing internal communications systems within departments. Additionally, managed external agencies micro-site projects as well as marketing publications and messaging projects.

I worked within a web solutions team to create and maintain web based solutions to streamline internal communication, processes and resources.
