Responsibilities:
▪ Participate in bidding processes.
▪ Validate and process Mobilization Advance Guarantees/Performance Guarantees.
▪ Liaise with the Contractor and the Engineer regarding project specific issues.
▪ Consent on contractual issues, variation orders, and checking conformities with FIDIC guidelines.
▪ Review Engineer’s determinations from time to time and providing inputs from a client’s perspective.

▪ Analyze design documents and liaise with design firm regarding necessary design changes as per specific site conditions.

▪ Resolve organizational and communal conflicts that arise from time to time at construction sites.
▪ Liaise with other governmental agencies/utilities providers regarding conflicts and relocation of utilities.
▪ Prepare and validate Interim Payment Certificates and process financial withdrawal requests.
Project: “Shangla Girls Secondary School Project, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Pakistan)”

Responsibilities:
▪ Provide technical oversight and monitoring of school construction project.
▪ Resolve any design issues that may arise during construction in consultation with the Architect.
▪ Assure quality and quantity of materials used are as per approved design specifications.
▪ Certify quality of materials procured/supplied are as per design specifications/bill of quantities issued to contractors.
▪ Report on any issues related to quality or quantity of materials and construction activity.
▪ Maintain effective coordination and good working relations with implementing agency.
▪ Submit monthly project progress reports or, as may be required by the Company, on a time-to-time basis.
▪ Audit to ensure the implementation of integrated management system, QA/QC SOP’s as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
▪ Implementing Quality Assurance Plans and report/recommend rectifications for quality related problems.
▪ Perform needed tests on site and in the laboratory to ensure conformity of materials and works according to the contract specifications.
▪ Initiate NCR against non-conformance of system, design drawing and specifications. Review corrective actions recommended in non-conformance reports, initiate and verify corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence of non-conformity.
▪ Liaise with Client staff regarding any non-compliance, complaints or areas of concern to ensure that these are handled in a timely and effective manner.
▪ Supervise all inspectors and QC staff and involve in inspection activities as required for effective quality control of project activities.
▪ Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control and assurance for the projects.
▪ Conducting trainings of the project lab personnel to familiarize them with standard testing procedure and recording data as per approved forms.
▪ Actively participating in organizations Health & Safety activities such as trainings, seminars, and field safety walks. And to strictly adhere to the safety principles and report any unsafe act and/or condition.
▪ Liaise with construction team and provide necessary information and data needed to assess project’s progress status and suggest actions needed to boost up the pace of progress.
▪ Conduct meeting with the Owner’s Engineer and discuss issues related to quality and construction methodology. And to prepare necessary drafting to submit to the Owner’s engineer for approval.
▪ Maintain all necessary documentation such as daily reports, weekly reports, RFIs, etc.
▪ Supervise all inspectors and QC staff and involve in inspection activities as required for effective quality control of project activities.
▪ Reviewing as-build drawings.
▪ Conducting close-out inspections and preparing inventories.
▪ Updating weekly Progress Tracking Sheets of the project and generating Weekly Progress Summary.
