- Supports in driving strategic operations to provide best practice methods for inbound and outbound supply management. Collaborates with various suppliers, transport forwarders, warehouse operators/brokers to ensure safety, on time and cost effective delivery of goods, which will in turn meet the demand and on time distribution targets. Plans and manages transport scheduling and optimization, collection, receiving and dispatching goods at right time and right place in order to meet business and instructional objective.
- Entrusted with planning of finished goods production requests and stock volumes for the products falling under the FMCG brands portfolio, link between the Sales, Marketing, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams that ensures that all sales locations are equipped with sufficient stock to meet demand and required Products are produced at the correct time.
- Supports administrative or technical operations by performing various duties requiring of organization systems and procedures. Performs data compilation, analysis, review and administrative tasks that support the operation of the organization. Supports multiple and concurrent activities, provides guidance to project management, analyzes and interprets reporting requirements and establishes controls to measure compliance. Maintains a working knowledge of organization, budgets and plans methodologies, training methods and audit methodologies.
Supervises all production activities, in particular the inbound and outbound transactions at shop floor, which are necessary to support the timely and effective processing and packaging and releasing of products, in accordance with Production objectives on quality (HACCP & GMP), cost and volume, and in a manner that does not adversely affect the employees and the environment; provides support to JD Edwards system (JDE) needs of the Manufacturing Group.
Provides strategic and tactical support related to Data Control and Inventory Management of Manufacturing team by analyzing and interpreting related data in order to make recommendations or strategy development and plausible decisions. Performs work based on productivity, quality, GMP, safety, good housekeeping and efficiency.
Performs a variety of data control, input/output functions in support of ad hoc production and processing of jobs through computer systems. Performs work based on productivity, quality, GMP, safety, good housekeeping and efficiency
Ensures that Raw/Packaging & Operating Materials are available on time to Shop floor (production premises); and material movement and inventory are encoded, generated, and tracked. Performs work based on productivity, quality, GMP, safety, good housekeeping and efficiency.
Executes wide range of activities in the production premises such as processing, packaging, operating machines in accordance to different manufacturing standards in productivity, quality, GMP, safety, good housekeeping and efficiency
Graduated w/ Certificate of Proficiency in Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT) Major in Computer Engineering Technology
