The Company deals in a building technology called ICF (Insulated Concrete Form). This technology is an easier and a better way to build. ICF means using of ESP (expanded polystyrene) re-enforced with steel and then pouring concrete on site. The panels (mainly walls and roofs) are produced in our factory and delivered to the site. ICF systems have been widely used in the gulf and is now being used more often in the gulf too.
The gulf regions being a country where the summer is long, ICF helps in keeping a cool atmosphere inside the building. The temperature is maintained throughout. This also helps in reducing usage of electricity thus saving in monthly bills.
