- Site HSE lead on (TURAS& LIBRA) Modification Project and Shut down 2016 (BURULLUS Gas- Shell).

1. Ensures the implementation of the HSE Procedures and Manuals is in line with company standards / local government regulations.
2. Ensures that all maintenance and production activities on site are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company Safety policy, Statutory Regulations and Guidelines as minimum requirement.
3. Implementation of necessary control measures to ensure that risks are reduced as low as reasonably practicable.
4. Contributing and supporting the development of the offshore HSE strategies and guidelines.
5. Produce applicable HSE metrics, measurements and reports that track progress and results regarding exposure hours, recordable incidents, restricted duty incidents, lost time incidents, first aid incidents and near miss incidents.
6. Inspects or tours facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards.
7. Recommends corrective or preventative actions where indicated.
8. Implementation of the project HSE Plan/Owner BP
9. Training sub-contract Supervision and HSE Personnel.
10. Continuing Hazard Analysis.
11. Audit of sub-contractors to assess compliance
over to 8 projects, ETHYDCO POLY ETHYLEN
Project, Offshore Platforms Rehabilitation Project (RAS SHOQER),
Nubaria Power Plant (module 3) and ALATF Power Plant from starting
to hand over passing throw excavation, welding, radiation inspection, working
at heights, equipment inspection, commissioning and construction activities.
