Senior Services Manager
• Develop the Services Strategy & Business Plan within the Country/MEA Region.
• Ensure correct implementation for the services strategy and plan
• Develop new business offers based on market requirements.

• BCM Program Management
• Risk Management.
• Business Impact Analysis.
• Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Develop a Crisis Communication Plans
• Develop Business Continuity Solutions for Customers
• Business Continuity Post Exercise
• Emergency Response Plan
• Business Continuity Awareness and Training
Engagements / Projects Manager
• Full responsibility for entire Engagement / project processes and life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Implementation, quality and closing) as per PMI and IBM standards.
• Risk Management
• Single point of contact for project communication between customers and IBM.
• Responsible for service quality and management of the service performance to consistently meet SLA targets.
• Day to day management of Subcontractor/third party services and relationships.
