 Detail out Commissioning Procedure given a template and the high level steps of the procedures as per Chevron Standard for High Sour Gas Plant which focused on Sulfur Removal Unit, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Dehydration Unit and TGT Unit, Sulfur Formulation Plant and Utility.
 Supporting to Operation Transition Team for Procedure Development which not limited to developing New and revising Existing SOP’s, Plan and Work Guideline.
 Main accountability for supporting the assurance of compliance and consistency of plant changes & technical projects with applicable CHEVRON and industry standards and guidelines
 The Acceptance of hand-over systems, after confirmation that all the required protocols has been adhered to Liaise with Operations Department collaboratively in procedure development and methodology.
 Working in Procedure Development Coordinator capacity and align priorities during plant start up.
 Reviewing and Ensuring changes for the facility related procedure and the review process are communicated
 Mentoring Junior Team Members for skill development.

 Responsible for Supervision of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and the start-up activities of the Training props including LPG Pressurised Gas module, Wellhead Module Chemical Complex, and Industrial Process Unit, Loading terminal.
 Responsible for preparing the Procedure s.
 The Acceptance of hand-over systems, after confirmation that all the required protocols has been adhered to by the client.
 Working in an advisory capacity during start-up to obtain normal operational status.

 Planning & executing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Heavy Paraffin Synthesis (Shell Technology) facility.
 Commissioning safety Walk downs Prior to RFC/ RFSU.
 Leading Low Pressure Tightness Test and High Pressure Operational Tests.
 Jointly review of a section of the newly constructed facilities to confirm that procedures meet the standard of shell.
 Maintain and Updating the CSU Schedule.
 Supporting to Vendors for Functional testing of Wet Gas Compressor, Heavy Paraffin Crude Pumps.
 Leading and Involving Mechanical run in of Pumps, Air Fin coolers.
 Development and Updating of Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
 Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
 Conducting equipment inspection & performance test of Water Distillation Unit.

 Develop and integrate the Engineering documents with best practise in alignment with company requirement through corporate Certifying Agencies for Smooth handover of mechanically completed and Commissioned System.
 Coordination with other disciplines to ensure smooth and complete project Integration.
 Execution of Onshore/ Offshore Commissioning Activities Reviewing the P&ID’s from Pre Commissioning and Commissioning point of view.
 Commissioning of Crude Oil Export Pumps, Inlet Separator, Sea water system, Fire water System.
 Actively Involving in Mechanical completion Issues.
 Study of ITB documents, Understanding of Project requirements, Process Description, PFD & PID with Process Design Philosophies.
 Performing Pump Hydraulics Calculations and Line sizing calculations.
 Development and Updating of Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
 Preparation of Process data Sheets and Technical specifications for equipments.
 Preparation of Equipment list, Line list and Instrumentation datasheets.
 Checking of Isometric Drawings with respect to P&ID’s of unit.

 Planning & executing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Product Storage facility and Loading facility, Condensate Fractionation Unit and Naphtha Hydro treating Unit.
 Assisting to make Operating Test procedures (OTP) for Centrifugal Pumps and executing commissioning activities like Fire water & Foam system, Loading & Line up procedure for Pumps.
 Operating the DCS (Invensys 8.2) system, P & ID Depiction, SAT and Logic test through DCS, Instrument Loop - Checking, alarm Management, Modifying graphics and troubleshooting with DCS system.
 Preparing & updating the DCS related documents and systems.
 Operating the Loop Test of Motor Valves (MOV), Control Valves, HPV, ESDV & its Partial Stroke, Hand switch testing.
 Drafting the punch list and acceptance criteria for taking over the erected facilities in adherence with design features, project specification and HSE norms.
 Reviewing the P&ID’s from Pre Commissioning and Commissioning point of view.
 Checking of Isometric Drawings with respect to P&ID’s of unit.
 Executing Flushing and Air Blowing Activities for lines.
 Issuing and receiving the Safety permit required for work in client control area.
 Working with pre-commissioning team for identification and mark up of hydro test.
 Preparing the Line List and updating equipment list.
 Executing commissioning activities like Fire water & Foam system, Loading & Line up.
 Executing Flushing and Air Blowing Activities for lines
 Conducting the Job Safety Analysis and Risk assessment for commissioning activities and Method statement.
 Providing notifications for preparing the system user friendly as a operational, Maintenance point of view in future.
 Witnessing for Loop Check, ESDV Stroke Test, MOV Stroke Test.
 Dealing with the Piping loops and pneumatic test loops.
 Conducting the Tool Box talks prior to start of commissioning activities.

o FCCU short term revamp from 0.88 MMTPA to 0.96 MMTPA
o Conducting Test run of FCCU at revamped capacity/ Pressure Survey of Reactor Regeneration section.
o Monitoring Throughput, Yield Optimization, Quality of Feed and Product.
o Passivation activity of Main Fractionators tower of FCCU.
o Handling the Turnaround activities of FCCU.
o Effective resource planning for optimizing manpower & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability. Selecting, evaluating and approval of vendors for procuring necessary input materials conforming to designed quality parameters

o Handling and supervision of raw material receiving -ethylene, acetic acid, line tracing of VAM unit.
o Managing the turnaround activity of VAM unit.Daily monitoring of VAM unit performance
