Procurement eNGINEER:
● Responsible for dealing with anything relating to the ordering of materials, services and supplies for the company.
● Conducting research via trade publication, the Internet, catalogs, and trade shows to identify potential suppliers.
● Ensuring that all goods and services purchased comply with the company’s social sustainability policies.
● Generating and implementing purchasing strategies.
● Managing purchase requisitions and orders.
● Preparing purchase orders and subcontracts.
● Managing existing vendor and supplier relationships.
● Responding to internal and external supplier inquiries.
● Having meetings with potential suppliers and maintaining data base.
● Monitoring returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
Maintenance Engineer
● Responsible for the overall supervisory of a team of 30 technicians & helpers handling the ongoing & preventive maintenance of swimming pools and water features in Residential Properties,
Commercial Properties and Schools.
● Supervising maintenance staff to ensure all pools are operational, and up to safety standards by inspecting, monitoring the pools on a
daily basis and ensure proper procedures are followed for cleaning and sanitizing it with chemical testing and control equipment.
● Extensive knowledge of maintenance & repair techniques involved in the operations of swimming pools, pump rooms, fountain features, Jacuzzi, Saunas & Steam rooms including safety procedures and troubleshooting of control panels.
● Extensive Knowledge in pool chemistry and suggestion including recommended dosing equipment and Heat/Cool pumps to be added to maintain proper pool chemistry and standard parameters.
● Preparation of preventative maintenance schedules for the team, preparation of weekly and monthly reports, quotations, LPOs, invoices to the Management of Clients including coordinating
purchase of materials.
Responsible for the for Euroklimat M.E. an Italian Chiller Manufacturing company based in Milan, Italy currently in partnership with Khansaheb Sykes LLC located in Sharjah, UAE.
Received company training including the assembly of the production line, commissioning, operations, before & after sales services to
master product line specifications in Italy.
Designed & implemented sales plans, identified sale possibilities including preparation of quotations & consistently met the sales goals as planned.
Recommended improved solutions to customers & clients to lower costs & improve performance.
Mentored & trained technicians, production workers & field engineers in completing assignments.
Responsible for managing all FM related operations/community services on a daily basis including the service delivery at the specified
locations measured by contractual key performance indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Assist clients with open house inspections,
between renters/owners for property inspections.
Coordinated building maintenance and repair works with Building & Ground maintenance that affected normal building operation.
Visit/inspect site on a daily basis and reported discrepancies and raised service requests for issues for service providers’ action.
Ensured the building met health and safety requirements and that facilities complied with legislation.
Responsible for monitoring the plant process on PLC based DCS (Allen Bradley) System as a shift engineer including preparation of equipments and issuing permits for maintenance activities & preparing BOQs for Instruments and their related accessories.
Supervised the maintenance activities including motors, pumps, compressors, control valves and I/O panels.
Designed, installed and commissioned new production units, monitored modifications and upgrades, and involved in the trouble-shooting of existing processes.
Interface with other internal engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical) to ensure a coordinated design and complete engineering deliverables.
Installation and Calibration of Electronic Instruments including pressure, temperature, level, flow transmitters, float switches, RTDs and Thermocouples
Involved in the maintenance activities and calibration of the pressure, temperature and level switches, pressure and temperature gauges, thermocouples, RTDs, vibration pick-ups, Pressure and temperature transmitters, fault tracing and repair work of the PCB of Chinese unit (3*210 MW) and 1*250 Fuji Japanese unit.
