Scope: Completed bulk materials POs for electrical and instrumentation with achievement for cables (HV and LV) cable trays, lighting poles, and cable glands by delivering before schedule with no repeated work; only 15% of my POs invoices for this projected were prone to LD; the job was done by maintaining close coordination with suppliers concerning manufacturing, documents submittal, inspection and shipment.

Finalized closure for 1600 piping test packs issued by my pre-commissioning team.
Finalized piping, E&I and mechanical systems, ICAPS check sheets closure by leading construction and pre-commissioning teams and coordinating with client, and resolved technical queries on site.

Jan 2013-Jan 2014: Laggan Tormore (Total) - Shetland Gas Plant - UAE/UK
Scope: led pre-commissioning operations for piping and process skids (crews of 6 personal in each fabrication yard) in 3 fabrications yards between UAE and UK, ended by, approval of all documentations and MRBs (manufacturer record book) by coordination with vendors and client for all disciplines and shipment of skids to site. Safely closing all construction and pre-commissioning works by managing all construction, quality, and sub-contractors teams and ensured no on site with LTI (lost time incident).

Apr 2011-Jan 2013: El Merk central process facility (Sonatrach - Anadarko Association) - Algeria
Scope: performed piping, construction and pre-commissioning plans. Executed interface management plan designed in office, and managed vendor representatives and engineering resources to site.
