• Manage the HR Services (OD, Payroll, Personnel, Compensation, Recruitment, L&D, and Admin)
• Carry out annual HR budget planning and control all operating costs in line with agreed budgeted targets
• Manage, update, and develop the Organization Structures and Job Descriptions
• Ensure the successful implementation of the Performance Management system
• Develop cost effective employee Reward Strategy and manage the operation of Employee Remuneration
• Formulate and adopt HR Policies and Procedures in line with best practices and labour law regulatory requirements
• Initiate and finalize all necessary Manpower Planning, Recruitment, and Selection procedures in a timely manner
• Develop appropriate and cost-effective Training and Developmental solutions
• Ensure departments’ heads are successfully and continuously achieving the HR Goals and Initiatives
• Provide Consultancy Services to the team on the latest developments/changes in HR policies and procedures
• Continuously improve the HR Services in the organization through expert advice and guidance to line managers
• Manage all HR Administration activities effectively and maintain the Localization Targets
• Empower team members by providing the needed trainings to improve their confidence, knowledge, skills and motivate them to achieve departmental goals
• Successfully managed to handle sudden ad-hoc on timely manner
• Prepare the annual Manpower Plan
• Monitor and participate in the Recruitment and Selection processes and ensure all vacancies are fulfilled
• Manage a consistent and effective Job Analysis and Job Description writing and Evaluation processes
• Conduct Employee Orientation and discuss Training Needs
• Responsible of Employee Relations processes and initiatives
• Process and carry out all transactions relating to profession change, promotions, contract renewal, amendments, and transfer
• Manage and perform grievances process and hearings and provide recommendations
• Develop and implement all necessary procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and expenses
• Maintain all necessary payroll records required to comply with statutory regulations
• Set up and maintain a personal file for each employee including and ensure they are maintained in an accurate and up-to-date manner.
• Facilitate, track, and control the employees’ probationary period manual evaluation
• Manage the new hire orientation and employee certificates
