• Plan, Control and continuously improve the productivity of the organization.
• Operation Excellence OE and Operation Optimization, 5S and TPM Operation implementation, Operation Standardization
• To monitor critical points in the manufacturing process and to optimize the processes, to ensure microbiological integrity is maintained throughout the process, resulting in commercially sterile finished products
• Also maintain the one day inventory on the plant and apply the KAN BAN system on lines.
• Plan and execute ongoing product testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure products meets all customer specifications, acceptances and usage requirements
• Integrate Six Sigma ideologies in product analyses (Acceptance criteria, sampling, root cause analysis, control charts, capability analysis, etc.)
• Manage product design control and guide change management process for products, processes, operations and materials in compliance with quality system; keep continuing product design history records after early design release
• Improve focused for Efficient Equipment utilization, Worker utilization, Material and Energy utilization and also maintain their GMP.
• Focuses on increasing the availability of Equipment to reducing breakdown of Machines and to maintain their SLE and KPI’s according to the assigned targets through planned maintenance.
• Increases autonomous workers Quality and Quantity through Education and Training for autonomous Maintenance.
• Establish the Machines Conditions in such a way that occurrence of defects required to Zero defects through Quality Maintenance.
• Keep full concentration on SHE aim to create Safe and Healthy work place where accident do not occur, Hazardous areas are identified and improved to prevent the Environment.
• To enforce CCQS, HACCP AND environment policy and to liaison QA manager for appropriate actions
• Investigate customer complaints and field failures. Coordinates corrective action, follow-up and reporting.
• Define and assure manufacturing processes and equipment have sufficient capability to meet customer quality requirements by analyzing capability studies, control charts, and other statistical data.
• Analyzing and report on manufacturing quality, PPM, and scrap data.
• Fulfills process improvement plans using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, DOE, and Gauge R&R.
• Work thoroughly with Process Quality Engineering to maintain consistency through the organization.
