satisfaction and a smooth running and profitable operation.
Leading the onsite Hospital Contract catering operations ensuring that all the contractual requirements and standards are met.
Assisted unit manager in day to day catering operations.
In charge of Coffee house, pool side, & banquet service and room service of the
company guest house.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the station and outlet.
