• Responsible for the Complete Recruitment Life Cycle -Headhunting, Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Technical Interviews, HR interviews, Reference checks and Follow-ups for joining.
• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates to assess communication skills, salary expectations etc.
• Inform candidates once selected.
• Extensively used Microsoft Excel to maintain and track the requirements.
Client Relationship:
• Develop and manage ongoing client relationships-both on the phone and face to face.
• Taking the feedback from client and arranging the Interviews accordingly.
• Maintain market and commercial awareness through research and networking.
• Coordinate with client throughout the recruitment process for each individual opening.
• Work proactively to avoid/mitigate potential issues.
• Troubleshoot to resolve problems or obstacles which could not be avoided.
• Update and maintain database to ensure accurate and current client and candidate information.
