Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise the Execution of all Infrastructural activities such as Utilities like Sewage water Network, Potable water network, Storm water Network, Irrigation water network, Lifting and Pumping Stations, Storage Tanks /Reservoirs, Sewage Treatment Plant (1000 cubic meter/day), Water Treatment Plant(1300 cubic meter/day), Washout &Air Release Valve Reinforced Concrete Chambers, Fire Hydrants Installation with interdisciplinary coordination.
Review the contractors shop drawing with the design intent and return with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period.
Review and approve the Pre-qualification documents, material submittals & samples in accordance with project specifications & codes.
Review Project quality Plan, Contractors Installation Method statements, Inspection Test plan of mechanical works prior to Installation & witness Site Acceptance Tests & Factory Acceptance Tests for material.
Witness, Ensure and supervise the Installation, On-site inspection, Material Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of mechanical piping such as GRP, Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, HDPE & LDPE, Vitrified clay, CPVC & UPVC, GI, Blacksteel & mechanical equipment such as Permeate Pumps, Potable water & Irrigation Booster Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Sludge Tranfer /Treated sewage effluent/Raw water Feed/Brine Reject Transfer Pumps, RO(Reverse Osmosis) Package, MBR(Membrane Bioreactor) Modules, Sand Filters, Cartridge Filters, Irrigation Disc Filters, Chlorination, De-chlorination, Anti-scalant, Hydrogen Sulphide acid, NaOH Dosing sets with all type of valves and accessories are carried out as per the approved documents.
Provide technical guidance to the contractor wherever required for onsite construction and coordination issues to fulfill the projects specifications and contract requirements.
Attending site progress & technical meetings with contractor and client.
Continuous review of contractors construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to mechanical works and report the Project Manager on the same.
Ensure all Health and Safety standards are followed on the site and stop the construction works if unsafe practices are being followed and take corrective measures to keep the work progress uninterrupted.
-Implementation of QA/QC procedures.
Issue Site Observation Report, Non conformance Report whenever required and take necessary action .
Review and Approve Contractors As-built Drawings .Preparing the final project mechanical snag list of defects for Contractors action .
Review Contractor references, Operation & Maintanance Manuals and Warranties for handing over the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering/coordination and implementation of QA/QC procedures /execution of MEP services including control and monitoring of progress.
Achieving a detailed understanding of the contract documents(drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
To carry out the design and drawings ensuring its optimization and full compliance with the contract including local regulations/practices/laws.
Preparation of schematics, equipment schedules, heat load, psychrometric, pump and fan head calculations as per the ASHRAE.
Working for air-cooled chiller, water-cooled chiller and VRV systems.
Preparation of detailed shop drawings, sectional details and plant room designs and Co-ordination of HVAC services with Plumbing, FireFighting, Medical gas, Electrical high current, low current cable trays.

Chilled water, Hot water, steam and refrigerant pipe sizing.
Design of fire fighting & Sprinkler systems (Wet system, Dry system, foam system, preaction system, Hose Reel, Hydrant system internal as well as external, Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Signages), fire suppression system like FM200 system, CO2 system, KitchenHood system as per NFPA.
Design Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, purified water systems and sewage treatment plants in accordance with IPC and ASPE codes and standards.
Design medical gas systems, compressed air, vacuum, and natural gas systems.
Complete Plumbing calculations including water supply, storm, and equipment sizes and selection of basic Plumbing system components to include plumbing fixtures, drains, and equipment.
Supervision of Mechanical Installations and approvals and ensure that work is installed in line with specification, Consultants approval on material and shop drawings.
Installation of AHU’s, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, Chilled water Pumps, Fan coil units, Package units, Split units, Domestic water pumps, fire pumps, fire sprinklers, fire hose cabinets.
Testing Adjusting and Balancing(TAB) of mechanical equipment, air balancing in air distribution ducts and water balancing in water distribution piping.
Raising RFI’ s and following up with Consultant for approval and adherence to the construction schedule and clearing mechanical outstanding issues, NCR and snag list.
Preparation of as-built drawings, submittals, O&M Manuals, material take off’s (MTO’s), Bill of quantities (BOQ’s) and equipment/ material requisitions, vendor approvals, RFI’s/ITP’s/Method Statement etc..,
