 Responsible for monitoring, quality control inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities of on-site mechanical installations. Provides technical guidance to contractors in the construction of the projects through technical expertise and diplomatic persuasion, and ensure that the permanent works are constructed in accordance with safety regulations, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.
 Co-ordinate with utility providers to obtain wet utilities tie-in connection.
 Review and approve mechanical equipment and materials delivered on the site per contract specifications.
 Review cost proposals and invoices submitted by the Contractor for Mechanical work. Verifies that mechanical items submitted for invoice billing or Work Estimates are justified. Determine the percentage of work completed for mechanical trades and design disciplines.
 Provide technical guidance to Contractors on-site team to resolve Design/Site issues to avoid time and cost impact to the client and ensure completion of projects within the scheduled time frame for successful handover to client.

Project & Construction Management

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project management from the project initiation to close-out stage which involves the following practices such as
-Participating in contract pre-award meeting to evaluate the bid submitted by the contractors and provide recommendation to client for the selection of contractor for the award of the contract.
-Organize kick-off meeting post-award of the contract including all stakeholders.
-Review of project risk assessment & safety plan, project quality plan and waste management plan, project baseline schedule, cash flow, resource management plan in co-ordination with concerned stakeholder departments.
-Initiate and process all types of correspondences to all stakeholders of the project as required at any point of the project.
-Review of scope creep issues raised by the contractor with cost and schedule impact to determine the merit/demerit, and liaise with the cost engineer, scheduler and design consultant to finalize the change order requirements. Further, preparing the presentation to change evaluation committee and addressing their clarifications to facilitate the approval of change order.
-Review and transmit the assets transfer of custody documents and deliverables like Operation & Maintenance manuals, As-Built drawings to the corresponding End Users.
