Working on new work orders, Installation of IP phones for the new users and configuring user profile like class of service, voicemail etc. and update it in the service management system.
Provide support for Support operational Center.
Monitoring and assigning tickets in HP and CAFM system.
Good knowledge in ITIL V3 Foundation standards.
Good Knowledge in ticketing systems like BMC remedy, HPSM CAFM
