• Expertise in preparing Lubricant Recommendations Schedules (LRS) for vessels & rotating equipment’s based on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) recommendation.
• Experience in allocation of manpower & resources to meet the daily work schedule.
• Able to provide expert advice on interpretation of oil condition monitoring data for marine vessels & rotating equipment’s.
• Provide support for oil & gas & petrochemical companies for oil condition monitoring.
• Good knowledge of lubricant properties, different brand of lubricants, lubricant additives, Testing
methods etc.
• Able to develop and co-ordinate Condition Monitoring programmes and policies.
• Able to coordinate the condition monitoring activities within the industrial plants for rotating equipment’s and recommend ways to improve.
• Able to provide support to site activities regarding maintenance & condition monitoring activities.
• Able to assist plants in identifying solutions to the mechanical maintenance problems utilizing various condition-monitoring techniques and to discuss with OEM for the correct remedial actions.
