key role since March 2010 during journey of "Azizi Developments" from small developer to leading player in UAE market and region with multibillion projects and assets with a balance sheet of over 4 billion and revenue over 2 billion. The company has delivered thousands of units since then and success story of "Azizi" continues by becoming second developer in off plan sales for 2018. "Azizi" remains committed to deliver over three thousand homes during 2019 and likewise much more in coming years to its customers via its construction focused strategy.
Azizi has consecutively secured "Developer of the Year" award since last three years in construction innovation awards.

As CFO I lead 67 team members including Finance, mortgage and sales admin functions. Following is summary of my achievements at Azizi Developments.
• Sales Growth: Contributed significantly towards huge sales success to become second largest developer in off plan sales for year 2018 by embedding business intelligence tools to create sales targets, automate performance evaluation, making incentives and sales growth strategies, improved collections and inventory movement via targeted approach and robust analytical tools to strategies for areas to focus.
• Budgeting, and cost control: Oversee budgeting and cost control for all multibillion projects under development and reduced operational and marketing cost to half by restructuring adding multimillions to profitability. Being member of tender and procurement committee saved multimillions to the company.
• Financing: Cash flow and treasury management for entire projects under construction and company including financing and engagement with financial institutions. Successfully raised AED 300 million project finance
• Automation: Key role in automating various processes and successful implementation of EPMS, DMS, sales force and various other systems to cater to business requirements.
• MIS and Analysis: Presentation of various reports and analysis to top management, board of directors and shareholders as strategic advice
• Customer satisfaction: As member of customer care committee have introduced various schemes for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee VAT, Liaison with external auditors, financial institutions and regulatory authorities.
