team & related Department engineers, coordination with all service
departments to ensure smooth running of projects, Preparing Manpower
histogram to allocate and utilize manpower efficiently to various projects.
Monitoring the projects from time to time and implement different strategies
and mitigation plans in coordination with the project team in order to finish the
project within the allocated project duration
Worked closely with all stakeholders in order to implement effective Business
strategies to increase overall Business sales volume and generate targeted profit.

benefited in understanding the market situation and therefore to plan and
develop latest marketing trends accordingly. Plan and prepare business
