Job Responsibilities:
❖ HVAC: Preparing shop drawing in AutoCAD
❖ Coordination with other trades
❖ Calculate the duct size, Grill, Diffuser sizing and selection.
❖ Calculate the BOQ for External static pressure (E.S.P)
❖ Chilled water pipe drafting as per ASHRAE standards
❖ Detail drawing as per approved material submittal
❖ Preparing Riser drawing for the complete system
❖ Preparing the BOQ for the whole project
❖ Coordinate with all the Other Systems
❖ Work done according to the RCP-Reflected Ceiling Plan
❖ Keeping all the safety measures of Civil Plan
❖ Preparing shop, as-built, construction, tender drawings, etc.
❖ Preparing all sort of drawings, showing FCU'S, AHU'S, CHILLERS AND PUMPS at respective locations and well versed in preparing HVAC drawings such as roof, riser and floor drawings
❖ Removing the errors from the drawings
❖ Checking the Quality Control in the drawings
Work responsibilities in other trades:
❖ ELECTRICAL: Also can draft electrical drawing with the help of the engineer.
❖ PLUMBING: Also can draft plumbing drawing by the help of the engineer
