• Receive the material from the supplier, Manage and organize all the store stocks, distribution, receipts, space management, Store equipments and buildings.
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
• Prepare inventory related reports and verify the data input ( Products receipts & Raw Material Issues) to ensure traceability of finished products and raw materials based on FIFO
• To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
• To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material list

• Receiving Material from Warehouses and determining the MOS (MilAir, Ground, Small Parcel)Arrange Tri-wall boxes for small /medium size materials which require further consolidation at the Centralized Consolidation Point
• Act as a key contact between customer freight forwardes, transporters etc for the smooth flow of goods and information
• Generating GRN, VLO, TCMD, and custom declaration
• Discrepancy and damage material should be reported through SDR report
• Generate Excess / Shortage /Damage reports for import shipments for warehouse operations
• Ensures 100% scanning of materials at receiving dock for closing warehouse drop ids
• Handling Consolidation, Containerization, Shipping
• Ensure proper documentation for the shipments and check the Discrepancies for possible corrective actions
• Perform PPP&M for materials which require attention while receiving and shipping
• Segregate and put away the materials in appropriate inventory locations.
• Picking materials from assigned locations as per the MROs released
• Induct received materials in the system using RF guns.

• Daily reporting to our Senior
