Maintaining daily accounting transaction & responsible for overall computerized accounts.

Maintains general ledger system by preparing original journal entries and correcting journal entries to assure all financial data is included and balanced.

Prepares financial reports for internal and external review.

Ensuring accuracy of Bank reconciliation.

Maintaining Accounts payable / receivable.

Overseeing the debt collection process, including liaison with contractors, business partners and suppliers to minimal exposure to constrains in cash flow.

-Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial reports as per US GAAP taxonomies through XBRL.
-Filing of financial statements and notes to financials with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
-Coordinating with the CA Team and implementing the changes as per their suggestion.
-Addressing the client edits & comment and making the relevant changes as per their suggestion.
-Quality check of the work done by the analyst.
-Responsible for seeing the accuracy of the statement and reports prepared through XBRL.
-Delivering files to the client

 Acquisition of new clients.

Maintaining relationships with the new & existing clients.

Managing the portfolios of the clients.

Providing Investment advisory services to the clients.

Providing advisory services to the existing clients.

Marketing of Financial Products.
