4. Developing, negotiating and implementing cost effective and “best fit” supply agreements to suit the project requirements.
5. Placing Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers after considering alternatives based on price and delivery time/terms.
6. Liaising with other staff that will be assisting in the procurement for the project and associated works.
7. Working closely with supervisors and project managers to ensure the prompt and accurate sourcing of products.
8. Coordinating and cooperating with the Planning department to ensure that the project schedule has all the current data in reference to lead times and estimated delivery dates.
9. Analyzing the movement of material in order to place Stock Orders.

11. Closely follow up for production schedules to ensure orders are being executed on time.
12. Co-ordinate with the Logistics Team to arrange for the collection of the finished products from the Supplier End.
13. Resolve any discrepancies that may have been raised by the QC team.
