Prepare Work Orders in Oracle for different transaction type of Motor Assemblies
Incoming Local Shipment - Before proceeding to GL, Ensure Commercial Invoice & Packing List in place with complete details, HS Code, total Weight, COO.
Ensure necessary approvals are in place for DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments.
Provide draft CIPL to clients/consignee and obtain GL (green light) for export shipments
Ensure the correct documentation - CIPL/Delivery Advise/Incoming BOE is sent to OSC logistics to process Transit out BOE in case for Air freight & Sea freight.
Ensure the correct documentation - CIPL/Delivery Advise/Incoming BOE is sent to OSC logistics to process Makasa Bill (Duty paid) in case shipments to GCC countries
Arranging the rental movements and proper documentation according to the clients’ requirements
Assist clients by providing better rates from local FF if requested move the shipments from Dubai
Track shipments and provide regular update to clients till the shipment reach the destination.
Keep logistics documents up to date by proper filing.
Liaise with inter-company and provide full support documentation and material movements
Ensure original EXIT/ENTRY CUSTOMS CERTIFICATE - is received from the FF once the shipment is out and the same is submitted to customs clearing department within 55 days for deposit claims.
Ensure transfer of ownership documentation are processed correctly for Sale/Purchase of tools/assets from companies within the free zone
Provide support to operation & finance in correctly identifying the billings and recharges to respective accounts
Ensure regular updates on OSC Import/Export Mapping PORTAL for Incoming Free zone BOE against the Outgoing shipment (BOE) with accurate details
Coordinate with company material movement department for local material movement requirements - hiring for trucks/forklift etc.
Ensure that all incoming import shipments are cleared as per the freezone formalities.
Keeping records for the temporary movement of rental assets and clearing the file in customs as soon as the assets received back after the job.
Full management of rental fleets and properly recording the service and repair history.
