Supervised a team of sales consultants in the day to day running of the business
•Maintain high visibility on the Sales floor - focused on delivering “A Service Culture” and works with the Sales Team to drive the Sales.
•Ensure all Sales related policies, procedures and processes are diligently followed.
•Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and serves offered in the Store, handling and care of the products, in addition to any special Features and Benefits (F.A.B’s).
•Conduct daily floor walks to maintain Decoration and Sales Standards by directing, motivating, coaching and training the Sales Team in your area of responsibility.
•Review stock levels for own area, ensure replenishment is carried out each day and back of house standards are maintained.
•When on Duty Management role, following all procedures focusing on customers to ensure all customers‟ issues are resolved accordingly.
•Work with the Sales Manager and the Decoration Team in a flexible and adaptable manner to promote new ideas and suggestions.
•Attend all “Weekly Scheduled Meetings”. Actively participate in all Store discussions and The Morning Huddles and offer suggestions and ideas to improve the business.
•Effective use of time management skills and allocation of resources to ensure the Sales Team is utilized to maximize productivity on a daily basis.
•Work with the Sales Manager to ensure effective implementation of Campaigns and Promotions to ensure successful and timely execution by the Sales Team.
•Assist the Sales Manager by providing feedback for Appraisal Reviews and ensure the Sales Team receives the relevant feedback on their performance.
•Ensuring Sales Team is well trained and are aware of all Sales procedures, the Team is heavily involved in providing service to our Customers and ensuring that all Campaigns and Promotions are well executed as per the KPI.
•Monitoring of various cash till processes such as opening and closing, security checks, authorizing returns, exchange and discounts
•Supervision of stock take process and training
•Planning and scheduling sales team Rota and reconciling of attendance and leaves in online HR system
•Preparation of various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Printing and Issuance of cheques

• Monitoring of the Branch ATM for cash and incidences
• Reconciling of suspense accounts and respective GLs as per policies
