Basically into Hospitality Department, Coordination on different software’s support and Projects, eg. call accounting, payroll, Point of sales, Sports and leisure, Spa and reservation etc.
I manage a team of support engineers and help them in coordination with the issues reported by clients. Assigning engineers on site when required. Assigning task to engineers on daily basis. Getting updates from engineers and updating in the CADD helpdesk system.
