Being a member of the Senior Management Team my role required me to utilise all my previous managerial knowledge and to have a comprehensive understanding of current HR trends.
My main responsibilities are:
• Managing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
• Conducting appraisal meetings according to the company's policy
• Monitoring various aspects of employee performance, such as attendance and sick leave
• Assessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
• Handling disciplinary processes and formal grievances
• Handling other HR-related enquires such as Flexible working requests, exit interviews, finance forecast
• Supporting the team by managing day-to-day tasks and on-going projects
• Planning and establishing new policies and procedures with the Senior Management team to move the Surgery further
• Assisting and supporting both the Clinic Team and the Administrative Team with their general and Hr-related enquires.
