•Negotiate contract terms and conditions and, any concessions with the client in close consultation with the Tender Team Leader, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager and Legal Counsel.
•Review all contract terms and conditions to ensure they meet all requirements before management sign-off.
•Ensure that all AMC Oil & Gas Country/Division/Product Line Managers understand the obligations under all contracts and have strategies in place to maximize the sales revenue and profit from all contracts.
•Oversee contracts from the commencement date through to completion, manage client expectations and ensure that all business objectives are met.
•QHSE Representative for MEAI - Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations according to Regional Plan and Targets which includes the reporting of KPI’s and evidential documentation on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Data Management - Construct a folder on a shared network drive for a more time efficient filing system and accessible to management and Product Line Managers
• Work with Product Lines to produce a sufficient prequalification as per customer requirements

• Attend all VP Management Weekly Sales Action Meetings, Segment Meetings and Corporate Event Planning Meetings.

• Manage Marketing Material per Segment and coordinate with Houston for publications and final reviews.
• Coordinate events for Trade Shows, Global and Regional conference to include customer workshops in the GCC area.
