Stand as liaison or representative of the company in all government sector that gives one's employee benefits. Responsible in coordinating with the government sectors to process any needed benefits that employee may be requested by time to time. Calculates employees maternity leaves (for female), sick leave conversion, employee yearly appraisals and end of service benefits.
Calculates the payroll thru excel format based on the Philippine Labor laws by gathering all the needed information with regards to employees attendance such as absences, sick and vacation leaves, tardiness and under time as well. Finished excel payroll was being submitted to the HR Supervisor and Director for thorough checking before forwarding it to Accounts department for transferring of salary to employee's respective bank accounts every 15th and 30th of the month.
Calculates the payroll and ensure 100% accuracy and finished based on the given deadline before forwarding the payroll sheets to company's main office. Process employee's requested government mandated benefits such as maternity, personal loans etc. Conduct an initial interview to all the applicants in all levels and forwarded them to concerned managers for another set of interview. Provides orientation to the newly hired employees to educate them with all the company policies and regulations.
