Insuring that all items are well stocked and updated on a regular basis.

Making discrepancy report such as no actual, wrong actual and damage delivery.
Determine the materials that need sample for Incoming Quality Inspection including MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet.
Issuing materials base on the production plan request with the right quantity and quality.
Performing actual inventory every transaction to maintain the inventory accuracy.
Performed Inventory Analysis to determine the optimal inventory level by looking production demand to minimize the amount of stock on hand.
Performing cleanliness and orderliness inside and out of the warehouse.
