Responsibilities :
• Handle 8 - 10 units "in trouble", fixed it back Normal Unit minimum 3 months forward ( Loan Volume 100%, Net Profit After Tax 100%, Audit Rating Acceptable). Ensure all the units will not bad performance again.
• Visit, Supervision and training to all staff units which spread all around Indonesia

• Conduct to 100 staff, Ensure all team's members know what, when, why, how to implementate the SOP and KPI to get the goals,
• To carry assistance to Tellers, Sales Officers (sales process), Credit Analyst (Credit Risk), Collectors (settlement of non-performing loans).
- Negotiate with prime customer or current customer get a new credit,
- Negotiate with bad debitors to restructuring their credit with some discount.
- Push the Collectors to collect Non Performing Loan, raise up Recovery
• Motivation and No Fraud Campaign
• Regularly monitor the progress of the units and notify the Cluster manager or Regional Sales Head about any issues that may be hampering its implementation.
• Assist in conducting the evaluation, monitoring progress and reporting on the progress results of the units.
- Make some recommendations to Head Office :
a. A unit must be closed or merged to another unit (nearest).
b. Replace the Unit Manager or staff, whose bad performance, fraud's indication, have no Leadership, have no awareness of unit's problem etc.
• Create Reports and Analyzes accurately and timely.
