• Lead the implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001,
ISO 31000 and API Q1).
• Successfully prepared the organization for third-party audits
• Developed and reviewed Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Factory
Assessment (FAT), Procedure Qualification (PQR and PQT) and Welding Procedure
Specifications (WPS).
• Supervised mechanical & chemical testing as per API 5L, API 1104, AWWA C205, AWWA
C602, ASTM A370, ASTM A751, DIN 30670, ASME and other ASTM Standards.
• Managed calibration of instruments (calipers, pressure gauges, UT thickness meter,
coating thickness meter, welding machines, UT and RT equipment etc.) and ensured
equipment accuracy.
