Spearheaded the research and development of Lift Manager Solution (LMS), a groundbreaking lift remote monitoring predictive maintenance product. This pioneering effort led to its successful commercialization and recognition by the Building Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore as the sole third-party solution in its category.

Developed demand forecasting models to forecast the demand of over 3000 SKUs across 18 warehouses for an alcohol distribution client in UK (TradeTeam)
Developed early warning alarm system for freight delay for a major partner (Schneider electric) to be prepared for necessary actions to fulfil service level agreement.
