Prepare baseline program, schedule Cost, Resources and Materials, submit baseline and get approval from clients. Follow up site progress and updates. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. Baseline revision, Recovery & delay impact study and delay claims.
Prepare & submit EOT claim for necessary events and delays occurring through the project duration.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. Follow up the long lead items and control the delivery schedules. Manage human resource and transportation.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
INDEPENDENTLY HANDLED FEWA WATER TANK AND PIPE LINE PROJECT (EPC) AS APPROVED PE.

Manage work timings and other safety measures on site. Prepare daily weakly monthly reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Community facilitation.
Should have work in Sanitation, GWR, RWH, sectors also.
Field surveying (dumpy level) and survey calculations for rural water supply.
Preparing CAD drawings for water supply pipe lines.
Work data analysis and Rate analysis.
Pipe line Design, Cost and Estimation using software (WATER CAD)
Planning, Design, Cost and Estimation of Over Head Reservoirs, Open Well construction (with pre
specifications), Bio Gas plant, Septic Tank etc,
Preparing cost for bidding.
Site visit and supervision
Reporting work progress to the management.
Communicating with government officials regarding new rules and specifications.
Invite Government officials for site visits and arrange meetings if necessary and communicate
efficiently about community circumstances and work progress.
Report community based risks to government officials and put suggestions
Submit final Plan and Estimation to the Project Commissioner.
Should be responsible over the given tasks from start to finish.
Be time bound in all phases of the project.
