• Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with our organizational objectives.
• Collaborating with leadership to forecast staffing needs and long-term workforce planning.
• Designing, Optimizing and Streamlining recruitment workflows and procedures.
• Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
• Effectively managing the recruitment budget, allocating resources based on priorities.
• Collaborating with HR and Hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Procuring new clients across Pan India.
• Identifying and reaching out to key executives to promote our services & offerings.
• Maintaining strong relationship to ensure continuance and enhancement of business relations.
• Domain focus of IT/ITES and Non-IT companies.
• Coordinating with internal team to ensure the closure of the client requirements.
• Track client agreements for new and renewal.
• Accountable for the revenue targets from the assigned leads.
• Ensure that the Business development executive meet the daily/ monthly targets.
• Identifying potential customers create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
• Holding regular team meetings with direct reports to review previous day/week/month program performance and provide guidance regarding future performance in order to continuously improve results.
