Post Contract Stage
 Preparing interim payment application.
 Identify the variation item and prepare the variation order taking measurements and
preparing the interim valuation.
 Checking and finalizing subcontractor’s valuation and preparing payment certificate.
 Ordering material to site as per site requirement, co-ordinate with project engineer &
project manager.
 Attending monthly valuation meeting with consultant in order to clarify any issues and agree
on the valuation & variation
 Work as part of project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual
matters are properly recorded and notified.
Pre Contract Stage
 Checking the entire tender document which is received from the Client.
 Checking the quantities between the BOQ and tender drawings.
 Preparing the query sheet for missing items and errors.
 Taking out quantities from the drawings and preparing Bill of Quantities.
 Preparing the inquiries according to the specification and send to the Subcontractors or the
supplier for quotations.
 Comparing the prices from different Suppliers.
 Preparing the unit rates including all (material, labor, equipment/plant and overhead &
profit

 Prepare monthly payment application based on the site work progress.
 Bill of Quantity preparation from the Input drawings.
 Certification of sub-contractor monthly payment application and final accounts.
 Dealing with material procurement issues.
 Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors.
 Co-ordinate with clients from tender stage to Contract award.
 Provide assistance in verifying claims, payments, variations, contractual issues for projects.
