• Quantity take off for all Civil and Architectural elements.
• Quantity take off for all elements, compiling the tender BOQ and pricing activity based on pricing preambles.
• Responsible for taking physical Measurement and Quantities of completed works.
• Preparation of tender queries for the packages from the Employer or Engineer.
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.
• Comparison studies based on subcontractor’s Quotations.
• Negotiations with suppliers & sub-contractors on technical and commercial aspects of product.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attending weekly progress meetings with the Engineer and Subcontractors regarding the commercial issues and site progress.
• Evaluate weight of Reinforcement (Steel Calculation).
• Assist commercial manager for the correspondences with Engineer and subcontractors.
• Prepare sub-contractor, supplier comparison sheet based on subcontractor, supplier’s quotations.
• Evaluation of work done Quantities and preparation of interim payment Application.
• Preparation of unit rate breakdown with supporting documents for new variations.
• Assist to Prepare and submit the variation orders (VO) with quantity take-off, cost estimation (CE) and Rate analysis with all supporting documents.
• Preparing Notification of Variations (NOV), Analysis of Variations, Preparation / Valuation of Variations.
• Checking of final measurements, Unit Rate buildup and Preparation of Backup documents for variation.
