Designing and developing standard planning methodology and project control system. Determining methods of schedule development, schedule management, schedule control and reporting. Guiding planning engineers on right direction and coordinating with project management team. Integrating programme requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties. Establishing guideline that help plan and schedule projects in well-defined sequence.
