Fleet Maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Demand forecasting and order processing for monthly and yearly of
required consumable product like- Tire, Battery, Fuel, Lubricants
including first moving Auto spare parts.
2. Prepare Estimate upon collection of quotation from vendors and get
budget from concern authority to overcome the issue of fleet
maintenance schedule.
3. Keep up-to-date fleet maintenance history of each vehicle.
4. Maintain each employee record history up-to-date like-salary, leave
and other administrative documents.
5. Communicate within the organization and transport agencies to
develop the logistics service.
