Responsibilities: • Submitting and processing all kinds of Immigration& Ministry Department transactions for various visas such as visit visa, tourist visa, mission visa, work permit visa, employment visa, residence visa, visa transfer and cancellation completing timely.
• Preparing various documents in Arabic and English languages including the online submission of applications through www.mol.gove.ae, www.pension.gov.ae (Labour Dept), www.eform.ae and www.ednrd.ae, www.moieserv.ae, www.moifawri.ae (Immigration Dept) and E signature.
• Submitting and ensuring the process of all types of applications to the all Government Departments and Authorities like Immigration, Economic, Customs, Traffic, Police, Land Departments, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Free Zone Authority, Chamber of Commerce, Health Authority, Emirates Identity Authority, RTA, Courts, Embassies, Post office and all other Departments.
• Arranging visa for staff and their families, as well as organizing visas for holiday and business related travel for Directors and Managers when ever needed and asked by the Management.
• Assisting the staff for processing all types of transactions regarding other countries Embassies such passport renewals, obtaining other GCC countries visas etc.
• Preparation of various agreements and contracts, like L.L.C agreements, tenancy contracts, making Public Notary when ever if necessary by the Company.
• Supervise All P.R related works with various ministries/ Authorities.
• Liaising with Insurance Company for Employee medical & Life insurance and Vehicle insurance.
• Receive, sort and forward mails to head office and liaising with members of the senior management team
