Manage internal mobility and external recruitment to ensure proper human capabilities in each department is met and succession planning is provided.
• Coordinate with department heads proactively and receive recruitment requests from them
• Develop and manage recruitment policy, process, procedures, cycle time, selection process, selection criteria, inter-unit collaboration on specialized knowledge /skill topics
• Provide input for manpower planning
• Coordinate internal search for candidates
• Communicate with external agencies and offices (advertisement agencies, recruitment agencies, university placement offices, job fairs...)
• Screen candidates and forward them to concerned department head
• Provide department managers with interview / selection guidelines
• Maintain database of candidates
• Administer employee contracts
• Coordinate with Employee Relations to manage the integration of the new hires
• Coordinate with training manager for training requirements and induction for new hires
• Cycle time from position opening to staff selection
• Turnover within the probation period
• Overall satisfaction with recruitment process
• Employee turnover rate
• Critical workforce turnover
• Development of sound succession plan

Employee Relations, GCC Interconnection Authority, DAMMAM

• Handle employee grievances and ensure effective and efficient provision of related HR services to GCCIA employees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for GCCIA employee inquiries (HR related) for assistance / information.
• Obtain and provide requested information or take appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with GCCIA and local/ federal laws, policies and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately to written and oral enquires (phone, email, fax, mail) from employees regarding HR questions, issues, and problems.
• Maintain employee records including attendance, absence, and leaves.
• Coordinate with Government Relations to ensure time processing and accuracy of employee related matters.
• Maintain inventory of necessary HR forms and information kits, review operational HR case load throughout each day and provide information, forms, and other follow up documentation as needed and as based on requests from employee.
