• Share daily and weekly reports on performance & achievement of sales against target for different highlighted channels.
• Undertake analysis, summary reports & presentations for senior management for decision making.
• Assist with preparing contracts rebate & Sales commissions report.
• Assist with Preparing SKU level forecast for all product lines and analysis process
• Work closely with business managers, VP's and operations as a key contact person.
• Assist with specific projects and initiatives, such as system updates and business process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Production in managing day to day operations.
• Identify and address problems and inefficiencies, reported to the management team and suggest solutions.
• Being a point of contact to priority key accounts customers and resolving any issues.
• Handle Customers complaints.
• Responding to customer’s communications or queries & focusing on providing the best customer service.
• Receiving the POs & coordinating with the relevant departments to release.
• Prepare credit notes, proforma invoices, quotations & handle pricing information.
• Managing a debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Export procedures and documentation.
• Tracking customer orders using enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Co-ordinate and follow up with the warehouse to ensure availability of inventory stock of products in order to meet the sales delivery schedules, provide superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.
• Planning delivery timetables, tracking products & overseeing arrival of shipments to destinations.
• Support sales team to improve the productivity, achieving targets and business development.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose the process of improvement opportunities to improve productivity, performance and customer satisfaction.
• Being the point of reference for colleagues by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
• Successfully worked with cross functional departments (production/planning team, R&D, accounting, WH/logistics, admin & IT) to support business progress.
• Work with QC team to validate ISO certificate
I have earned an Executive Master`s Degree in Business Administration with excellence certificate from Kind Abdul Aziz University
