set by the company.
- Configuring email sequences (Mixmax).
- Management of the mailbox (follow-up of responses and redirection).
- Review of contact files consolidated by agents.

- Identification of target companies.
- Identification of relevant contacts (Sales Navigator).
- Retrieving email addresses (Waalaxy).
- Consolidation in the contact file (CRM).
- Manage clients.
- Analyze and understand client’s needs.
- Sell adapted solutions to customers.
- Promote the company’s services and products.
- Develop business with prospects.
- Assembly and testing of «Feature Phones» and «Smart Phones».
- Detection and diagnosis of various failures.
- Repair "Feature Phones" by replacing or resetting the defective part.
- Provide customers with technical and commercial follow-up in the event
of a breakdown.
- Propose a satisfying solution to the customer in the event of a dispute and
inform the superior of user complaints.
- Follow-up: list the number of devices dropped off each day, the nature of
the failures detected and average repair times.
